No one to check in as told. Had to register online and pay insurance which I didn’t want. Sent code which didn’t work. Told someone would call this was 2 hr later. No lock on until. If I’d had another choice I would have done that. Will rent for now. But out of here as soon as I can. Would NOT recommend CubeSmart

The customer service here is amazing! We weren’t really sure what we were looking for, but Bethany helped us choose the right space for our needs. Moving is tough already, cubemart & Bethany made it seem less intimidating.

This was the easiest storage rental process I’ve ever gone through. Did everything online paid my first payment and my lock was waiting for me inside my unit. I had access within 5 minutes. Customer Service was very helpful.
