Dinos storage on SE 14th in Des Moines was a life saver. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the storage was a nice big garage. They had a lot of cameras and a gate to make me feel secure about my possessions.

Absolutely terrible! They do not answer after hours numbers. Close at random times. Change codes constantly and you get locked out. Cost me hundreds of dollars in uhaul fees and an entire day because they didnt answer their phones or give their customers updated codes! Absolutely horrible service!

Samantha Magnani was so professional and amazing! She really was a life saver she made the whole process of getting the storage easy and seamless. Ive dealt with other people at this storage place in the past and I can tell she really cares about the customers and her job. I will recommend Dino to all my friends and family.
