LOST APPOINTMENT! Had appointment at 4:30 with Cameron and he claimed when Brandon checked us in he supposedly deleted the appointment so we had to wait. The car sat for 33 minutes and when we told them we were leaving, they said we will get it right in. While Cameron was apologizing for the delay, Kyle butted in and said we told you it was going to take an hour and you were ok with it, we never said that was ok. Don’t tell a customer they have an appointment and not keep it. Other people came after us and left before our car was even moved.

Place does great work. I bring all my vehicles here. Though moving forward, I would only make an appointment and not drive in. Otherwise they’ll tell you it’s about an hour and you’ll be writing for 2+ hours before your vehicle even gets pulled into the garage. I’d prefer if they were honest up front about the time frame. Otherwise fantastic place and service. Will continue to return, though via appointment only.
They also replaced stuff without speaking to me first. Which I think is pretty shady. Costing more when I had just replaced the parts they installed today. Will definitely visit a different location after this.

I purchased wheels and tires. Discount Tire failed to inform me the wheels have specific lugnuts that require a key, they also failed to provide me with the lugnut key, leaving me stranded with no way of changing a flat tire. Terrible experience caused by total negligence by Discount Tire.
I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because Jacob did everything possible to make the situation right. I will continue to be a customer based on how they corrected the situation.

Walked in and went up to the one employee in the lobby. Said he is helping a woman who was sitting down so she got up and he helped her. Cool… I don’t mind waiting. I sit down. Woman gets helped, guy that helped her leaves(I assume he must have something to do real quick. No biggie). Another man walks in, instantly gets helped by someone else. Okay the other guy must be coming back soon. 10-15 minutes pass and another guy walks in. Employee I’m waiting for comes from the back or something within 5 seconds and starts helping him. I stood up, guy sees me and pretends not to. Idk what it was about me but I guess I wasn’t worthy of discount tire business. Went up the street to another business got helped immediately.

Not impressed with the quality of service. My tires are still within their mileage warranty but said they refuse to honor the warranty because the tires were as they said "bald" which they weren't upon my inspection. After I agreed to new tires they then took twice as long as they said to put them on and they were absolutely coated in gunk when I got the car back. They then also proceeded to put the ugly balancing weights right at the front of rim instead of the back which looks ugly on open wheels.

Excellent customer service. I had an appointment for 3:30pm and I was out by 3:45pm. I have an old sports car and the technician was able to accommodate all my requests. Fist time here, but I'll be back every time I need tires. Thank you, everyone, for taking good care of my baby! ?????

We were here from Sioux City and realized we had a screw in my tire. Kia was going to charge us $50 because we didn’t buy the car here, even though we’re supposed to have a Road Hazard warranty. It was also going to take 2 hours. Drove up the road and Discount Tire got us in right away. We went to pay and they told us they did it for free. We aren’t from here but would highly recommend to anyone that is!

I have a fleet of 13 vehicles, so I’m constantly getting tires repaired or replaced. I have always had great experience at Discount Tire, from the friendly and courteous staff to the large and comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, and most importantly great prices on tire service this place is outstanding! On top of it, they will repair tires (if possible) for free regardless of where the tire is from.

Kyle listened to us and our needs. Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything completely. We have never had service this good. We highly recommend this Discount Tire facility.

I purchased a set of snow tires here. Great set of tires however the issue I have is when this shop switches out my wheels. 3 years in a row now they have damaged wheel studs by over tightening them with the impact wrench. They always make it right by arranging for Breaks Plus to do the repair but it's a huge inconvenience and shouldn't be happening. This year I'm told that my particular make of car is notorious for this issue yet when I ask questions about it on an online forum of people who own the same car absolutely nobody has encountered the issue and everyone says I should find a new tire shop. I will say this about Discount Tire though. They're always very friendly, their prices are good. It's a clean shop and they do a good job taking care of their customers but the issue of cross threading lugs and over tightening with the impact wrench needs to stop. I think I need to go elsewhere from here on out.

First visit with my Ranger for a tire rotation. Not time to get tires yet, but I’ll be back once it’s time for them. Special shout out to Manny too. I was going to get a balance as well. He asked some questions and we decided my truck didn’t need it. Saved me $84 - great business practices!
