Witnessed horribly racists and ableist comments made towards a couple young black gals today by the older manger with a raspy voice. These girls had done absolutely nothing but patiently waited in line. Had those girls not still been in the store (they had not heard the comments said about them) my party and I were to say something but did not want the girls to be aware of it.
Disgusting. “I need to get them out of here. Look at her, what is THAT.” How dare you, do better Dollar Tree. Corporate has already received a call.

Bad service, not even a Hi or what my total was I needed to look at the screen to check my total. It was a guy, I was there Aug. 7, 2024. Around 4:40pm.

Have to be careful of the time of day, unfortunately when many kids are out of school I have seen them messing around (throwing things over isles and opening a lot of merchandise) the staff try to keep it fairly organized, but because of that it is a little bit of a mess. I feel bad giving 4 stars, but I wish there was something more that could be done about the destructive tendency of others who don't know how to behave in a store.

Could have been better. Trash all over the floor, boxes blocking parts of the aisles, and only 2 employees working on a busy day. Overall, it's not organized. Found what we wanted, though.

I am a former cashier for Dollar Tree and I must say this location is always cluttered with boxes and U boats, very little customer service when you ask about something and they are extremely short staffed. If there's a line one of the employees will continue his smoke break and refuse to go help the customers. Bad service at this location and the shelves are always bare.

Came in today to get some storage containers. Waiting in line and I’m next, they say they are getting the guy change but apparently the register broke. Instead of saying anything as I’m standing there with my 3 small children, they decide to open another register and help 4 people before saying the guy isn’t coming back. Terrible customer service- but I feel like what can you expect from dollar tree. You already know the quality isn’t top notch, I guess the same goes for customer service.
