Great people and great products. Use their products for work and personal as well. Have gotten many custom size axles from them for work the past 6 months and all have been great. Even personally had a custom torsion axle built for my enclosed and it was perfect fit. Nothing but praise from our customers and me personally. Corey is awesome and a great partner to work with!!

Had an issue with my axle which is no fault of Duratek. Contacted customer service and Corey was very helpful. They diagnosed the issue then contacted me with a few options. After choosing the best option, I contacted them and they sent me out a new axle that was modified to eliminate the issue I had with my brand new axle on my camper. This is some of the easiest and best customer service i've ever had. I would most definitely purchase from Duratek and recommend to anyone. Axle was high quality.

In a world where business is business, it’s nice to find a family run business like this. Wes has helped me out a few times when my options were limited, Straight shooters, they do not overpromise and under deliver but right on the mark. They tell me what they can do and they generally get it done ahead of schedule. As a business owner I do not often leave reviews about other businesses because I find myself left wanting, But this is one of the few businesses that I don’t have a problem recommending Wes has proven himself multiple times. My husband needed a part last min to get his boat trailer fixed up and road worthy again. He made it in just as they were closing up and the man was willing to stay a little bit over to make sure my husband got exactly what he needed without any complaints. This was our second time going here after looking around at different places and on the web for what we've needed but the price is fair here, it's local, and they're products are built to perfect specs. There's no question you're going to get a quality product.Absolutely wonderful experience. Can not say enough good things about HSI Duratek. 10/10 highly recommend. We will be doing all of our axle and hub business here from now on! You should too!

The axles on my enclosed trailer bent. I had no idea what was bent or broken and Mike with duratek personally came out and looked at my trailer and not only found what was wrong with my trailer, but got me the new parts i needed. This trailer was my company trailer and i needed back on the road ASAP with it and the entire crew from the sales guys, to the warehouse guys everything was professional. I won’t ever use a different company for parts/axles again.
