The drive through car wash quality is great.
But, I really want unlimited washes.
Or, at least be able to wash every other day (ANYTIME).
Now, I must wait exactly 48 hours before your computer resets, to allow me to come again.
Sometimes I get off work at different times, and this timed requirement is EXTREMELY inconvenient.

Self serve bay took my $5 and never started. Vacuum says $1 but when you add $1 it gives you $.25 credit. No contact info online; just a form you fill out and cross your fingers! Wish zero stars was an option.

I just found they have monthly car washes, I have been going to Mr. car wash, and with the black car I have brush marks. I’m very satisfied with executive car wash. My car is cleaner also !!!

Kind of wish there was someone I could call, I put $5 in quarters and was going to do the rest on a card it didn't read my card and then took my $5 in quarters :( Normally love coming here.

Good luck getting a hold of anybody for customer service. Does not wash vehicles well at all leaves a coating. The back of the vehicles never get clean. The tires are just shot now because all the times going through the wash and the coating getting on it over and over. Left my name and number and complaints with an attendant finally and still no call. After going through the car wash, I showed the attendant and he 100% agreed with me. All I have to say is very poor customer service and the car washes suck.

I'm very pissed off I went to this car wash twice and I'm on the wash club and both times it scanned me in and did not work there's no number for customer support or anything so I'm Paying over 30 two get gipped in most likely going to end my membership here

Used to Love this place. App is garbage and no one actually tries to help. Send you the same email response over and over. Place blame on everyone else and do nothing to assist other than send the save damn email response. Will not be going back plenty of car washes around

They are my favorite car wash because their touchless and quick and good but to get a hold of them when you have an issue is impossible and therefore they will be losing customers because I cannot get their assistance on my app they keep sending me form email responses and no way to contact them to walk through an issue

Went later at night and paid for a wash and didn't even get it washed at all no water or soap hit my car no number to call or no way to report this on the app if they don't work after a certain time turn the lights off or something or don't advertise 24/7 car wash waste of 14 bucks that I won't see back
