Don’t bring any of your games here if you are trying to sell them. Tried to sell a new $50 dollar game for at least 15 bucks and I’m told they only offer $5 for all of their games.

Sold me a broken electronic and said that it worked but it didn’t and wouldn’t refund it saying it was sold as is but I ask them if it work and they said yes then when I went back the lady says it wasn’t tested so y are they selling it

My boyfriend recommended this place after his own many great experiences selling things to them, and I found a nice computer deal that sent me home with a much needed desktop setup. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with genuine care and awesome recommendations in relation to my purchase. The store was clean (especially for a pawn store) and easy to move around in. The selection changes all the time they have a bit of everything. 10/10

Absolutely the worst place to sell anything. These people are extremely rude. I recommend to never going to this place. I tried to sell my newer laptop just so I can get a iPad and these people were so rude and unkind. I always speak with kindness but these people must hate their job and business. Idk but lesson learned.

Excellent customer service, talked honestly about several items I was interested in. The guys I talked with knew about PCs, so we were able to make good decisions. Even better, they have customer appreciation perks for buyers, sellers, and pawn. I'll be visiting often now.

The ppl are great here at this location NE 14 Des Moines .. The only thing wrong is there web site can't shop on line at all .but not much in store ..3 stars for the ppl there would do 5 if they could ever figure out the web site to be user friendly or actually work ...
