First off - it was super cold inside. Temperature was set at 64.5 degrees when I walked in on a hot August day. Employees have to wear layers and/or move constantly to keep warm in there I’m guessing.
Second - I’ve personally received great assistance. Don’t have the name of the employee, but she did a great job by being courteous, knowledgeable and speedy. Very grateful to have the help when you need it!

Didn’t follow delivery instructions and refused to contact driver for re-delivery. I was where I said I’d be, they went to the wrong place.

Atrocious location. Call in to ask basic questions about printing services and the person on the other side could not be bothered and had attitude for the neighborhood.
Go in and use a "self service" printer and printers crooked. Wait 15 minutes to try and get a refund. Same person fumbles around for 10 minutes and then says "sorry I cannot refund you, you have to call yourself" Accompanied with eye rolls for days of course.
Why are you working there if you cannot be bothered to help? Cannot even give a refund? Armature Hour.

For the last two years I have had the best experience with this Fedex location. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are fast, reliable, and great with communication. I appreciate all they do.

I came in during a busy hour at this location with a very large, unique and heavy package that needed a custom box. Marlando was quick to help and worked hard for 20 minutes straight to make sure all my needs were met and that I was able to get the box sent out today. Thank you for making a 5-star experience for me today Marlando!

The service at this location is atrocious. The girl working the counter couldn’t be less helpful and has an attitude every time I need to drop off a package here.

The gentleman who helped me was such a pleasure to work with. The first time I showed up, I accidentally walked into an "employee only" zone. Then I realized that I made a careless mistake in my print measurements. Despite this, he was so chill about everything. I was fully ready to pay the quoted $30 for my mistaken measurements, but he waived it no problem. I came back later that day to get the correctly sized item, and he greets me again, friendly as ever and big old smile on his face. The gentleman ringing me up (Brett I think, as per my receipt) was super friendly too, making small talk about my longboard ride. Just super impressed with my experience from end to end. I got what i was looking for in terms of service, and the staff's personable demeanor brightened my day.
