The gentleman who helped me was such a pleasure to work with. The first time I showed up, I accidentally walked into an "employee only" zone. Then I realized that I made a careless mistake in my print measurements. Despite this, he was so chill about everything. I was fully ready to pay the quoted $30 for my mistaken measurements, but he waived it no problem. I came back later that day to get the correctly sized item, and he greets me again, friendly as ever and big old smile on his face. The gentleman ringing me up (Brett I think, as per my receipt) was super friendly too, making small talk about my longboard ride. Just super impressed with my experience from end to end. I got what i was looking for in terms of service, and the staff's personable demeanor brightened my day.

If there was a zero I would have chosen that. Driver delivered package and completely ignored the BIG sign that said to please put all packages inside porch. My question is, can said driver read ?? It's just plain laziness on his part.

Employee by the name “Carolina” left my mother hanging, Left to conversate & laugh with male employee. Was no big deal but my mother just had surgery on both her hands and kindly asked the lady for assistance. Employee should be recommended a different position instead of giving poor service and representing the company in such way. Other employee walking by apologized repeatedly and finished off the transaction in less than 10 minutes.

I am just left speechless I'm here at the downtown Des Moines FedEx retail office location and they close at 7:00 p.m. I get here at 6:50 p.m. and all the doors are already locked the retail clerk is art has already shut down the computers and is in the back in the print copy section counting out her cash drawer she literally closed the shop 10 to 15 minutes early before their designated closing time during the business week in a prime downtown location I think that this is a very irresponsible business practice there are significant things and resources that business people depend upon this store for and it just shows an incredible degree of inconsideration and more importantly not delivering on your basic services that you advertise and that you offer that you have these services available till 7:00 p.m.

Carolina was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her when I told her I needed a box for my package to be shipped in. She also wouldn’t look up to tell me when the package would arrive to where I was shipping it. She shouldn’t be in customer service!

Customer service is where businesses succeed. With that said, the manager never greets or acknowledges you in a kind manner, and is rude or makes it seem like the customer is an idiot or inconveniencing her. Could definitely work on that. The employees are pretty helpful usually nice, just the manager is off putting.

Meh! 2 ladies were working there when I went in to ship a package to Canada. It was a clothing item. Now before I complain I will just say that the blonde with a longer hair was nice to me when I went into ship something previously and was very helpful. This other woman was not nice at all. She's very rude and short in her responses. She doesn't like to help people which is weird because she is in a customer service position. Maybe it's time for a new job, because I don't want to deal with her ever again. She kept asking me what I was shipping and I told her it was a clothing item. And she seemed really taken aback by my response. Like it was a weird thing to ship. What the actual hell is wrong with this woman. She kept asking these bizarre questions, and maybe they are Basic questions for international shipments, but the way she asked them made them more intense. And there was judgment behind the questions which made it seem even more odd. She asked if it was new or used, which is a weird question... I was returning a garment a friend left here in the United States, but a used garment is much more money apparently than a new one?! The item literally fit in an envelope that was 9x6". After a really odd and long process, she quoted me $100 for shipment. I literally have never been so annoyed with someone. Obviously she was being a f***ing b**** for no reason. I walked out and will never go back.
