I signed electronically for my package to be delivered, driver disregarded it. I needed this package for today and had everything set up to avoid this conflict and yet it still happened. Useless service - I wish I could pick my shipper because FedEx continues to fail no matter what city I live in.

Nicole with great customer service. I was there on Friday looking for my Apple Watch because the shipper put in the wrong home address. She actually went and looked for it and couldn’t find it, then realized that it was in Grimes facility. She told me to leave my phone number and she would reach out to me. I thought like the majority of the places that they don’t care once the customer leaves, but no, she actually did received a call from Grimes like 20 min latter and the manager from the facility, held it for me until I went there and picked it up that evening. Great customer service.

I. Guess this place locks their door fever they want? Went today around noon and door where locked, people waiting outside, Google saying they are open! Found a truck driver around back and he said they are short staffed and only open the does door a couple hours in the am and a couple in the pm? I had a check FedEx overnight to this location and now I can’t get it because they are shortstaffed and won’t open the doors? What a joke

This site still claims to be open until 6 pm on Google and they are NOT. They are closed between 11a-4p. I even called FedEx, national number because obviously we can’t call the LOCAL OFFICE, this morning to confirm that this location would be open all day. “Yes, Mr. White, that location will be open until 6 pm.” It’s 3:15 and I’m sitting here waiting with lots of other people.

Where's my package? I have no idea and nobody in the entire fedex community seems to know either, marked delivered last night at 7:37 pm well after the office closed where I live, now all it says is delivered and customer service just keeps sending me the same text notifications that tell me it was delivered, no matter how many times I call I get zero new information and there's no way to call the actual facility, seems it would be easy since i know the drivers name who delivered it and could speak directly to the supervisor give him the name and he could check with that person, this is inexcusable and shameful to leave people out to dry like this

I heard from some of the workers that this location will be closing on September 1st, 2025. They are relocating to the Grimes area. As of this review on 5/14/25, they have temporary hours posted on the door. M-F: Open 9a-11a and 4p-9p. Sat: Open 12p-2p.

Went in to get a package, the lady was very rude, didn’t even take a full minute to look for my package before telling me it wasn’t there. I told her I was notified it was so she went back and brought it out with an attitude.

Clean inviting facility. Easy to find with decent parking. A friendly person at the counter was cheerful and very efficient in his duties. It was a very smooth process and in less than 5 minutes I was in and out with my package.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a prepaid label and needed a receipt stood there for five minutes. Nobody answered or came out. Didn’t wanna leave package on counter since anyone could come in and just take it dropped it in the dropbox. Bad service!
