They have the most useless AI phone service in existence! What a waste of time! Why even have something so useless? Just cancell your phone line and be done with it instead of pretending like you care.

They charged me $138 to drop off one pallet that freight was already paid on. I sent them a check for that amount which they cashed last month. After cashing the check they sent me to collections stating I never paid them. I am now being told I have to email a completly different dept and prove that they have cashed the check. Straight up fraud on there end that’s now going on my credit report. Avoid at all costs

Horrible place to work at. Horrible people. The Patrick star dude has ADHD. Always got nervous and shaky when I came around him. Dude had something against me. What a wuss. Logan was cool tho, like that dude. But, Too many forklifts driving around especially on evening shift.

Terrible experience. Why does my carrier send out refer in for a dry load from H***.5 hours to load!!!. They take my trailer to dock with a 2 hour load schedule on a very tight ,"time sensitive" interstate haul. They burnt my clock so I was a 10 hour shift/ break late to FedX, UT . Took 8 hours to unload!!!. Not my fault just my problem and expense. 2 days sit on a 2 day run is garbage.I don't know what it pays the truck but I bet it's a poverty haul even without all the unpaid time .

We have been waiting for 6 days for our delivery. They promised us one day between a certain hour to another. And don't show up. Then you have to call and tell 4 different people what's going on and they say let me transfer you. Finally get to a supervisor and they don't apologize or say anything except I'll look into it and get back to you. Then they call and set another appointment time to which they don't show up. This has happened now for 4 days of rescheduling. Don't use FedEx Frieght!

It's clean and big facility. They are quick with their service. I deliver loads here for CRST and I like this facility.
