I showed up without an appointment and needed 2 tanks recertification and filled.
The staff was super helpful and explained how the process worked and once I pulled the chain at the station the horn sounded and the process started. I was in and out with payment within 10 min. Pretty impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable team.
Thank you for being my new place to get certifications and fills!

Been with ferrellgas for a few years now and at the beginning it was great. Very good customer service that was local and they always beat the competitors price. The last 2 fills i no longer speak to someone in the same state as me and they will not meet or beat competitor price as ferrellgas is almost .90 cents higher than other local propane providers. Disappointed in the company's changing of their values

NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. FIND SOMEONE ELSE THAT WILL PUT YOU FIRST. OUR HEAT IS OUT AND THEY WONT PUT ANY PRIORITY TO COME OUT WHEN WE HAVE A BABY AND DOGS IN THE HOUSE. IT IS BELOW 0 OUT. THAT IS INHUMANE TO DO THIS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

All very helpful. Only charge you for the propane to fill the tank, not a generic refill price.

I called in to take advantage of their winter deal. Unfortunately, my phone dropped the call but when I called back, the person who answered gave me an even better deal! Happy with how quick they were to deliver! The only reason I haven't ordered propane from them again is because their normal price can't beat other propane companies.

It is currently 4:26 pm on Thur, Jan 18, and there is a Ferrell Gas truck driver in front of us driving like a maniac on I80 in Des Moines. He is weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off when it is snowing heavily with low visibility and traffic is moving at 30 mph. Rude and dangerous!

As a new user, I was surprised the first winter by an empty tank! I enrolled in the "keep full" service that calculates my usage based on the weather and initiates a call when the level is low. Very accurate and it gives me one less worry.

My daughter has called 4 times and been disconnected each time after being on hold FOREVER before someone finally answered. It's been an hour since we started trying to get her service started.

Cheap deals for propane, plus the drivers are great! The office lady Jody is AMAZING!!! She always goes above and beyond! She runs the office by herself and does an outstanding job! Jody has such a great personality. ??
