They serve a purpose but they are dishonest as they come. Keep documentation of all payments, calls to them and who you spoke with, the amount I owed changed multiple times. Luckily I had the money to pay them off within the 100 days, still A LOT OF EXTRA FEES added though. Progressive Leasing is MUCH better because they are honest, straightforward and everything can be done online and is laid out for your eyes to see. Avoid these crooks here at First State at all costs if possible.

They are so unprofessional I won’t even have a payment due and they’re calling me weeks in advance asking me when I’m going to pay when I ask what my payout is they’re supposed to call me right back she says in 10 minutes and then will never call me back I have to keep harassing them just to get a receipt emailed to me. That’s not true because I’m current in my payments and I had to ask them why are you calling me if I’m Current they had nothing to say so I told them don’t call me unless my bill is due or past due and I still have not gotten the receipt they said they were going to email me so once again they are unprofessional

My account was charged for auto pay by accident but after getting a hold of them they were really quick and fixing the issue I highly recommend going to this place if a problem arises they will do their utmost to fix the problem

They are in business to provide instant gratification and without batting an eye; they will excessively call you when you miss a payment My client died at the beginning of this Pandemic so I was 1 month short of a payment. I explained my situation to them but still they called me 3 or 4 times daily. I get that YOU GOTTA have your money! But excessively calling and not giving a person a chance to call back is just plain RUDE. Has it ever occurred to you that we can’t answer the phone even after you called 4 times? Your lack of empathy during the Covid Crisis says a lot about your company’s character

I feel lied to about credit reporting which is why I wanted to do business with them. I got the credit karma app on my phone to keep my credit tracked and it doesnt show up on my report. Also me my and my girl went in one day she 8 months pregnant she asked to use the restroom and they told her no! I've used the bathroom their number of times, were your paying customers, It was so inconsiderate and just disrespect I have to cancel my account and never do business with them again.

THE WORST. Such predatory lending. Start calling several times a day on the actual due date. I made a one-time payment using the website and a week later they helped themselves to another payment using that information that I did not authorize. This place should be shut down. They harass and use unethical business practices. I actually work in debt collections for a reputable company in the area that finances agricultural equipment and know that what the are doing is illegal.
