You have a store employee or a manager standing over you. When you when you used to do stuff, check out yes then they're not standing there to watch you and tell you how to do things. They're standing there to make sure you're scanning every single item and not dropping stuff in the bag and as long as we still have them in the store and they still have Christmas and everything else, they're going to do it every year. They're going to scan your items every year. The manager will because people like to drop free stuff in the bag and until that stops. I guess it'll always be that way, but once we get rid of the self-checkouts completely they won't even be there no more then we're going back to the old school where you have to wait in line. If you don't like waiting and you ain't got enough patience leave go to another store

If you're looking for good customer service, they have it nailed down. But I'm not thrilled about their new price increase. Their base price used to be $5, then went to $5.55 now it's $7. What happened to 5 below?

Would not let me return defective dog costume. Package said most size fits all. My dog was 45 lbs and didn't even come close to fitting. Felt deceived and tricked. Store should refund me $5 for the costume but refused me. This is not right.

Ugh, the young ones that they hire. Well wait, the kid working when I went there was a bit on the rude side with a couple side glances of disapproval and a whatever from me and I was done shopping. I'm sure it was just minutes to closing and he wanted to go home or whatever.

Staff were friendly knowledgeable about the product the store carries and they are very personable which as a retail worker myself that is very important when other customers were having problems finding items and team members were busy or unavailable I did not hesitate to try and assist but no bad things to say
