Wendy did an AMAZING job on my fiance's new hair style!! Very precise and accurate with what she wanted just by going off a picture (undercut diagonal). I highly recommend asking for her!!!

One of thee worst, if not thee worst haircuts, experiences that I've ever had.( lousy haircut) Won't be back to this location. ? She gives Great Clips a bad name.

Update, 6/15/2024. Hello, I previously left a comment which I believe I was too harsh. I wasn't satisfied with my haircut. However, it was a miscommunication between me and her. Besides that I like how quick and easy I was in out of there. I came there without an appointment and left relativity quick. I recommend you go here. Also the pricing compared to a barbershop is a steal.

I had just come from working at a disaster site a week ago that had a tornado rip through their town. I was passing through Des Moines and needed a haircut badly. I found this store and went in without an appointment due to non working phone. I figured I would have to wait. The manager was getting the info from me and for some reason I had a hard time remembering our new address in Kansas. Eventually we got it done but it probably took patience on Carol's part! She called me right back and did a great job! This store is short staffed like other Great Clips I have been to as well as other types of stores. Understanding and friendliness goes a long way on both sides! Thanks Carol.

Someone who appeared to have no experience with cutting hair decided to volunteer herself to cut my hair and did a poor job that I thought was beyond repair. Close to 23 dollars for a net negative result! Come here if you want your follicles completely disfigured and cuts around your ear.
Requested style: requested a fade with three inches of hair at the top, got the most uneven mushroom top with a very patchy skin trim

The lady I had that day was not friendly at all if you are going to be in this kind of business just be a bit more excited to be at work so I'm not sure if she was having a bad day at all and that's ok but at least listen to what your person wants in a cut and don't make them feel like they have to hurry and tell you. My hair was really long I had stated that I know I needed a good trim in the back so I told her let's start long and then go shorter nope not the case. Yes it's only hair and it does grow back but not going to visit that store anymore. Also didn't get the layers I was looking for either

OK for a quick hair cut. Straying from your usual haircut can be a challenge from the stylist random stylists.

My 86 year old step father stopped in today for a hair cut. He did not have an appointment and was told he needed to go online and make one. He told them he doesn't have a cell phone and doesn't use a computer, NO ONE offered to help him make the appointment. They simply told him thats how its done and sent him on his way!!
