Cut my child’s hair to short in stead of washing his hair when I told her their was gel in it she proceeds to cut it than decides later on she will wash it after it’s cut short and not blended horrible experience every time we come

Was asked what I wanted but didn’t receive the haircut I asked for now I’m stuck with this mess on my head. Was rushed out. Lady didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

This place is garbage!!! Went here to get my daughter layers and she also requested a trim for her dead ends but didn't get full trim, no layers and was charged $20 just like an inch off her hair!!! WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

ive went to great clips on armypost for 10 years now my son and i always go get haircuts togther ive went their so long i no all the beauticians by their names they alway do a great job .especially with my eight year old son ,that dont sit still for 5 min. they are so patient with him and always do a great job. sorry i dont have a picture this time

I feel that at least some staff should do walk in clients. I have no patience after having 6 people come in and get service first. I will be going to a different place if this continues to be the case with Great Clips.
