I have been a customer of Rachel's for over a year. I continue to go back because she has the best prices, fast and efficient. Also I don't have to worry about being gossiped in a different language like other nail salons because she works alone. Rachel has always been kind. I can't see her yelling at anybody, like some of these other reviews say. However, If I ran a business and a customer was late I would be upset. If you're late then you are being disrespectful and do not deserve her time. She has the best prices in town so least you can do is be respectful of her time.

My experience was honestly not good at all the owner will make you feel bad about being late then keep talking to you about what you did wrong I left crying because she told me don’t come back that’s the worst I’ve felt in a long time ..

Horrible customer service!!!!!Screaming at a customer because she was late for her appt in frount of other customers!!! Just gross! This place should be shut down and remodeled I wouldn’t let her paint my dogs toes in that nail bar!!! Everything looks way outdated and VERY dirty! Maybe instead of being rude sitting in that chair Racheal the OWNER should be up cleaning for her paying customers!!! Screams LAZY AND WHO WANTS FOOT FUNGI DUE TO A DIRTY STORE… do not recommend at all

Went there to get lashes done 3-4 days ago and had to go get them removed today they were not placed right and the day we got them we had to have her *fix* it twice! Bc they were stabbing and pulling on the real lashes! Don’t recommend going to her!!!

I got a fill and fix for such a great price! Can’t figure out how to put in a photo, but just know they’re PERFECT! Racheal was super sweet, fast and efficient! I will be a returning customer!

Mi does a ok job but she never want to do what you ask her to do she never smile are talk to clients just seem as if she is mad all the time

I will never come here again. The tech is rude and racist refused to simply remove my nails. She treated other clients with respect whilst disrespecting me for being a walk in. Very poor customer service.

I walked inside and some lady didn’t let me say a single word. She keep just saying, NO, NO, NO.
I was trying to ask to get my nails done.
