Don't waste time and money, my trip was at 11:30 Desmoines to Chicago and they sent me on a bus to Omaha. I'm here without tickets, without a trip, without money. The worst thing about this place.

Small. Only one restroom for men and one for women. Was no soap. Don't tell you anything. Got to run around tti figure out which bus your on next. Wait outside, no where to really relax to wait. In the middle of no sign of life at night anyway. Not very clean. Workers were very rude not very helpful.

Nothing indicates that the building is closed to the public, I got discharged from the hospital and placed here 5 hours before my bus trip expecting to be waiting around in a waiting room for 5 hours instead it's completely closed its 100° and I'm stuck outside, I realize it's not completely this place is fault but they really should have indicated on their page somewhere that this facility didn't have a waiting area

I guess trailways forgets they are sharing property with other businesses and have decided to park so that no one else can get out. Sitting here 20 minutes now and they don’t care.
