The clearance aisle sucked. They have a sign up 90% off 75 off you get the register and they said no it's 50% off. And whatever the orange tag says that's the price you got to pay. That's BS

Store needs better organize better as sale signs were posted and then got to checkout to say it doesn't qualify, despite products falling under more than one sale category. Cashiers are inexperienced & little help is provided. I think we'll try a different Hobby Lobby location next time.

Purchased wall candle sconce at the Ankeny Hobby Lobby and needed 1 more and was told to try Merle Hay store for the other. Upon purchase there was a $16 difference for same item and we had the receipt to show her and she didn't care do not buy at Merle Hay someone's making money Update : I called corporate and they said there sometimes is a price difference between stores and issued a check for the difference.

My daughter was looking for 2 sets of flowers to match the bridesmaids she already has and there were 3 left she couldn't have been happier!! Love the products, worst customer service. 10 people waiting to check out, one cashier, 4 others including customer service manager standing around watching. Finally opened another register but it too forever.

I’ve been coming to Hobby Lobby for 30 years and they have provided supplies for my many hobbies. Now it is quilting, it’s too bad the fabric department has been reduced but still my favorite dept in the store.
