I met Austin and the other hot topic staff shortly after I moved to merle hay, and since then they have been nothing but kind, amazing people to me. Austin especially, always looks out for me, even gives a hug when I come in. I feel like family there, and can't wait to stop on by again.

Best hot topic I've been to. I come here regularly and they've made it so much better recently. The organization is pretty good and there are tons of t-shirts and stuff to pick from. The employees are also nice and helpful. It's also fun to just walk around and look at what's in store! They get new stuff all the time so there's always something new to check out

I love hot topic but don't normally come to this location Austin and Sunday were rude to my wife and wouldn't help her with her purchases so she left to go to a better location

Took my partner there for some late minute additions to a matching outfit thing they were doing with their friends at adventureland. Same clerk as last time managed to upsell me.. again!! Staff is cool. HT stock, so yeah. Its ok

My fiancee and I went in looking for “How to Train Your Dragon” merch. They had exactly what we were looking for and more. On top of that their customer service was outstanding, shoutout to Bre the Manager on staff, she was absolutely the best!

Stopped in with my daughter. Prices are a little high but the clothes and bags are super cute. The lady who was working. Was kind and patient when I was extremely indecisive. I couldn't decide on the right bag for me. I ended up purchasing a Harry potter bag.10/10 I would recommend.
