Overpriced!!!!! $610 for oil change, grease, and filers chnaged. I been coming here for years to get the truck oil changed and greased and never had a problem. Everyone around are great. I knew they got bought out by a different company and didn't think it changed but I was wrong. KC Trucking and Kustom Truck & Tire bought them out. They just use housby name to get everyone to stop. Thats where they got me. Only had 2 people per bay. Dumb trucks are there main thing and slow at doing there services because its the owners trucks coming in. Once I got in they got right on my truck and got it done. What they didn't tell me was the price to get a oil change and grease and filters changed was going to be $610. I asked and my oil filter was $100.25 and I asked why so much and they said they didn't have account with any filter company's and got them from truck county and I do find that hard to believe. So be aware when coming here for a service and be ready to spend some money and I advice going somewhere else getting your service done.

Imagine changing a def filter on ur truck and not even 30k the filter leaks on bottom overring and now costed me over 800$ dollars, and now MR. Chase some low life manager trying to explain to you that it’s not their fault when my deff filter that was previously on there for 300k miles has NEVER FAILED OR LEAKED. What A Joke, should Sue this place instead of taking my fleet for an oil change!

We had our truck serviced at Housby, where we received an oil change and a DEF filter replacement. Unfortunately, the technician who performed the DEF filter change did not do a proper job. Shortly after, our driver got a check engine light, and we had to seek immediate service.
Upon inspection, it was determined that the O-ring on the DEF filter was not correctly installed. We contacted the manager and submitted the repair bill for reimbursement. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to cover the inspection cost and only agreeing to pay a portion of the bill.
Thankfully, we were close to an International dealer who could get us back on the road — otherwise, we could have been derated and faced towing expenses. The lack of accountability from Housby for their mistake is unacceptable.
Do not get your DEF filter changed at Housby.
To the owners of housby ——Your manager is so rude and is not a good face of the company .
Oh and also , a def filter is replaced at 100k to 150k miles or 3000 hours so the manager advising that we drove on the filter makes zero sense . My truck did not reach the miles or the hours so his response as to why he should not be responsible to pay the whole bill makes no sense .

Know what kinda mechanics are hired at housby but at least own up to your mistake and do what’s right for the customer .

We were driving our New Motorhome up to Minneapolis and when we picked it up they stressed to us to follow the brake-in period on the new motor.
We needed to have the oil changed and checked at 500 miles.
I checked on-line for a shop close to the 500 miles on the motor on our route,
I wanted a good quality shop I could trust to do our first oil change.
We called and set up an appointment and we were so happy when we got there.
The people in at the front desk and the technicians who took care of the oil change were GREAT to deal with.
In my opinion the best place I've had my oil changed at.
Rest assured this shop and the people are #1 to deal with!!
I recommend Housley.
