We have had Ann Smalley prepare our income tax for many years. We could not be more pleased with her and look forward to working with her in the future. We remain confident in her abilities to minimize our Federal and State tax costs.

Very unprofessional and got the feeling the person who did mine was rushing me out. Did not explain anything about my refund. My taxes did not even appear on the App they have. Plus, they did not take my banking information to notify both State and Federal where to deposit my refund. All they gave me was this Emerald Card. Called Customer Service and they informed me my refund would not be put on that card and it would be directly deposited in my bank. Again, how do they know when they never received my banking information from me? Stay away from this place and all other H&R Block locations as they are not tax professionals as they say. Very shady and disrespectful.

Terrible service, They are only worried about punching in your info and collctecting money for the company not helping file taxes. Still trying to figure out how to pay my taxes because they didn't know or wouldn't help. Would recommend doing your own taxes or finding some one else.

The guy Carlos was a nice guy however I've been asking him if I can come pick my emerald card up from his office and the lady who I finished off my taxes with both of them act like I'm speaking another language all the sudden and I can't get a straight answer out of them and they're not being very helpful at all or returning my phone calls
