After having a family member help me with my taxes I learned I owed way more than I expected to in taxes. I went to James at this location and he was so helpful. Not only did he save me $900, he also helped me so next year I do not owe anything. I’m 27 with not much knowledge on taxes, but he was easy to work with, helped me, and was very friendly. Horrible costumer service horrible time I just wanted to pay and leave and they took so long it was ridiculous and I swear trying to ask a question was like pulling teeth

I received a letter from the IRS and corrected W2s. I am pretty intelligent but both senerios together frustrated me, so I brought my taxes from last year to Jim Jones. He answered all my questions, courtesy checked my entire return, put up with by baby, and as much I insisted to pay he wouldn't accept. Great guy and I won't hesitate bringing him future returns and questions.

My taxes took to long to process. You make it easy by be able to drop them off, but mine kept getting set to the side to help everyone else so for this reason my taxes were filed late.
