Poor service. Did a poor job of explaining what was going on. Never told us that we owed to the IRS, now we are paying late fees. Totally unacceptable service in my opinion. Need to be better than that.

The lady at the front desk today was so rude! First she was on the phone with someone taking to them like they are stupid, and kept rolling her eyes. She then kept complaing that she hasn’t had time for anything. She would not let me finish my question before just assuming what I’m saying. She also just kept rolling her eyes at me. Even after repeating myself because she wasn’t listening she still kept interrupting me and not letting me ask my question after rolling her eyes again. Won’t be back I’m sure I can find another service that I won’t be treated so poorly.

we were done in 15 minutes and after being taxed 12% of our income all year me and my wife apparently still owed the government more money. For reference, I'm active military and she is an insurance adjustor.

They used to be quick friendly and accurate past review. Now kind of shady. Set an appointment in advanced for taxes. Received a text 50 minutes before our appointment with a link to upload forms. We were out for dinner so couldn’t. When we got there they said they could do anything because we didn’t upload our documents ahead of time. Mother in-law just had hers done there and didn’t have to. Whatever happened to good customer service?
