Found the car I was looking for on the Internet. Put in my information and I was contacted first thing the next day. Debbie was my sales associate. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my dealing with her on my purchase. Anthony, the Finance rep, explained all the paperwork very thoroughly. Both were very personable, and I enjoyed working with them. If I lived closer, I would be doing more business with this dealership. Walked away a very satisfied customer!!

We absolutely will return. Our sales agent Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured, which we rarely experience at a car dealership. The district manager was also there and was very nice. They were willing to adjust prices and we left feeling comfortable with our decision to purchase our Pathfinder.

I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and received a text when they got my keys out of the lock box. Then I was informed that they took it in and got a phone call once they had looked at it. Randy took the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions, just what we needed! Received a call when the work was done and they ran it through the car wash before u arrived to pick it up. Prices we acceptable for the work done!

Jake Stein was absolutely amazing. From day 1 he was honest about price of the vehicle and took my calls any time I had questions. It was an amazing experience being an out of state buyer and flying in to meet him and pick up the car. I met his father Pat Stein as well and he was very helpful too. On the financing end Jason had me taken care of in 10 minutes and did not try to push any unnecessary packages or fees on me. I will recommend Jake and this dealership to anyone looking for an easy vehicle purchasing experience. Thank you again team!

Among other things you were supposed to fix my lower dash to the left of the drive seat as it was developing a gap. I want to show my service manger at the time I dropped it off but he refused to go out and look at the issue with me. One of the other issues is that the drives door does not lock at times and will lock randomly at other times. This has happened to me daily for the last 3 weeks but for some reason your staff magically could not repeat the issue. Funny thing is, I picked it up and went down to QT for a soft drink and the truck had not locked so when I opened the door the alarm started going off!! I will admit that I was so upset about your staff telling me they could not recreate the lock no lock issue with my truck, I did not look at the dash until later when I was home. Not only did they not correct the issue as indicated on the ticket but they made the gap worse and now the whole panel is loose. Thanks for nothing!! When you pay people the going rate now a days, you need to have good management to make sure you get your moneys worth. You are not, and as a customer I am not. I will definitely purchase another vehicle for Willis and to drive this home for you, my wife was looking at an Infiniti and the she really liked but I took her to Audi instead because I didn't want to deal with the service hassles and poor performance with yet another vehicle at a Willis dealership. My suggestion to upper management, do better, hire better, and make a difference!!

Very positive experience. The service rep kept me apprised on status. They made great recommendations for the right things to get done versus one or two I requested but did not need. The waiting time was much better than my last visit too.

I brought a car in in the morning for an express oil change and it was made clear that it was a busy day but they would try to get it in and at least keep me updated throughout the day on if my car could be done or not. Unfortunately, I did not get a call or text with an update if it could be completed or not as I was on a tight travel schedule that day, and when I reached out twice for updates I got little resolution but some half promises. However, if you read this far, parts and service director Denny Fedosa deserves a 5 review himself- he was humble and owned the poor communication error on behalf of his team and went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend this place for Denny alone - although learn from my trouble and call to make an appointment!

I had the pleasure of working with Jen Emery with purchasing my new truck and it was great. She was very nice and patient with me to help me find my perfect truck. We even had to go to the location in Clive because that's where the one I wanted was.If you want a nice and easy car buying experience, I'd definitely recommend you visiting Jen Emery at Willis.

Mike was a great person to work with and did a great walk through when I was looking to purchase my vehicle, finding the exact vehicle I wanted and then doing another walk through after the purchase. He also offered a second walk through. Yesterday, I called him because some lights were showing on my dash that I wasn’t familiar with. He explained what they were and a few other items I had questions about. Overall, my experience was a 10/10 as far as a new car purchase goes. I’d 100% recommend both Mike and the Nissan dealership I worked with.

Everyone was so helpful and courteous! They eased my mind as I was so worried about what was going on with me car. Cost was much less than I thought. The shuttle driver was awesome and even called me to say he was in the area of my apartment and if my car was ready and needed a ride. My experience re-emphasized why it's so important to go to the dealership for service. I made the mistake of going to Firestone and because of them I almost lost all of my oil which would have been so bad. Thank you, Willis Nissan!!!

8/23/23. We were a walk-in, (old system) and discovered that they are by appointment now, but they still work in walk-ins, it just took a while.We reached out and were able to have good visit with Willis Service Management Team about the changes in the service department. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us.Bottom line, this is still a great dealership facility with friendly staff.See you at our next appointment.

Willis auto was our first and last stop for our car buying experience. Steve was super helpful with describing differences between brands of vehicles and what to expect during our test drives. We felt at ease and laughed a lot during our time there. To top it off, we had a very comfortable experience with Anthony in finance. He educated us well on our financing options and warranties. We left feeling confident in our decision - I highly recommend Willis auto.

I asked for an oil change and to check the ac. The oil check was done and after several levels of checking, a major ac problem was discovered. The service advisor explained the issue and offered to order parts. He outlined the timeline and costs. I chose to wait and think it over. The shuttle service was prompt and courteous both ways. This is a continuation of the excellent service I expected and received from Hummel’s.
