The technicians at this pharmacy are so fast and kind here! Thank you for being amazing. I only switched because of their customer service when my usually pharmacy was out of my prescription I hope HyVee takes care of the staff at this location. Pay them fairly and make sure you recognize them. Only reason I chose to switch here was because of them.

Do any pharmacies in this town know what they’re doing? I’ve been out of my meds for days now because the pharmacy was suppose to call my doctor. I call back and they have no record of any of that occurring. So now I have to call the doctor and coordinate that for maybe the third time now. And it’s not even a scheduled script. Y’all…get it together…

This is the world's slowest pharmacy. I regularly pay online so that I can be in and out, but both the drive-thru and inside the store are always packed and the staff never have any idea what they're doing. Even if I'm the only person in line, it takes me over 10 minutes to get a prescription from behind the counter. It's honestly unacceptable. I should switch back to Walgreens...

I switched over for my adhd prescription here from another pharmacy that took 3 weeks because my meds were “out of stock” but hyvee had mine filled 4 hours after switching it over. The pharmacists were super sweet too, helped me get my insurance switched over, super kind.

Tom Interviewed me Today his attitude was so nasty he hired me then because I said I never worked for Hy-vee he called me back saying I lied to him I said I never worked for Hy-vee and I never have mind you I applied for hy-vee back in 2021 and I got hired and never worked and I explained to him what happened he was still
really rude to me i would never recommend to work or shop there I feel like I was stereotyped because I’m Black african-American woman
but yes Tom was really nasty to me for him to be a HR Manager and to end it he declined me I feel like he had an nasty attitude the whole interview and I feel like everyone around the Des Moines Metro needs to know about Him

Horrible customer service- no helpful smile anymore. It's all about profits! Their employees who run the pick up option are unfriendly and don't want to help! They want to substitute with higher priced items to make more money. Not convenient at all!! Shame on you, hyvee!
