Thank you to Jacob, the retail manager, at the Hubbell Metro by T-Mobile location. He helped my husband and I put together a phone plan for just us (saving us $50 from our old phone plan). We both received the Samsung A16 free. I was personally having issues with the A16. It wasn't working properly, I'm thinking due to the capacity I brought over from my old phone. I went in after 6 days and Jacob exchanged the A16 out for the Moto G Stylus and I'm absolutely LOVING it. It's so smooth and efficient compared to the A16 before. It's fast and reliable. Again, my husband loves his A16 and is having absolutely no issues. Thank you Jacob for your continuous support and being upfront and very responsive.

Amazing customer service, I really appreciate what Eric did for us - he made the upgrade to a new phone effortless and enjoyable.. I'm giving 5 star due in particular to the help I received from Jacob the store manager. He is the only reason I didnt go to a different company as his outstanding service, knowledge, and exceptional patience he showed in solving an extremely complicated situation was unmatched and IS THE MAIN REASON I still have my service w the company. Hats off to this guy because anyone else including myself would've just went elsewhere. Thanks man you deserve a raise in my book!!!!

My sister and I had a great experience with Jacob and Jess. Jacob did everything in his power to help us with the best deal. Jess, who is the district manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I'll recommend this place anytime.

I was at this location today and Jacob the store manager, and Jess, the District Manager, were super helpful. We went in there with so many issues that needed to be resolved and they both breezed through the issues and their customer service and support was excellent. If you’re in the Des Moines area please go and see these guys at the Hubble Ave location.

Extremely pleasant Experience!! Both the manager and the sales associate were very helpful and went out of their way to meet the needs of my family! The interaction gave the feeling it wasn't just about making sales but actually getting a situation that worked for the customer aswelll!! Jacob was extremely pleasant and informative, And the same as the manager Jess who went out of her way to accommodate with patience and kindness excellent customer service!! Amazing team!! Wish I could give 10 stars 🤩!
