Apparently they add a $16 mandatory service bundle to the first month without telling youI’d recommend you apply onlineSave yourself $10 activation fee and $16 service bundleCalled customer service they said they don’t require a service bundle if you apply onlineNo refunds because corporate have no control over their franchises trying to upsale u.Guess business gotta hustle people these days.

Vey helpful. Better then the 1 on SE 14th. I went in & said I want to buy the Home Internet. And no questions ask or trying to talk me out of it like SE 14th store. I walked out w/my Home Internet. I highly recommend this store on Hubbell

Right off there was no one up front to greet us. Had to wait for the guy in the back to stop what sounded like playing call of duty. Then when we go to buy a screen protector and phone case the total is $70.00?! I bought them for a fraction of the cost from them roughly a year ago. They must not be doing so well so they are ripping off their existing customer base by hiking up the prices on accessories to ridiculous prices. Do they not know Amazon exists and you can buy these things for far less? They lost a customer today.
