8/22/25 I purchased a 2007 Kia Optima from here. This car was in excellent condition. The previous owner took extremely great care of it. Only has 90,000 miles on it. No rust, dents or leaks. Had a clean car inspection from carfax. This dealer takes great pride in what they sell. I searched everyday for 3 weeks looking for a older car with low mileage. This is the perfect car for me . This dealer is the best and very honest. Not aggressive, not pushy and is easy to work with when agreeing on the price.
TERRY is great to work with and explained everything very well. Has a great friendly personality. Very helpful to me.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Thanks Joe and Terry. It's been a pleasure to work with you.

While Terry was a nice salesman I’m leaving this review based on the quality of the car.
Although we test drove the car and everything seemed fine as soon as we drove off the lot after purchasing the TPMS error message came on the dashboard and it turns out all 4 sensors were dead.
Also the listing mentioned that the tires were like new but turns out they needed to be replaced almost immediately. The car play system was also really touchy.
It was just disappointing to have all these issues after purchasing the car.

I recently drove from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from Integrity. From initial phone calls and through email, Terry answered all of my questions and responded to me in a timely manner. Terry was honest about all cosmetic issues on the vehicle and provided additional pictures that I requested. After inspecting the vehicle myself and going for a test drive, purchasing the vehicle was straightforward. I received the title in the mail a week and a half later. So far, so good! Thanks for everything Terry!

Bought a car from integrity and integrity Was the last thing I got transmission went out they did absolutely 0 to help me and said well. I guess we both lost. No I lost $8000. Honesty is not in there vocabulary! I recommend anybody looking to purchase a car should run far far far from integrity .

Integrity is not a quality they know anything about. Drove from out of town to look at a vehicle they said was in excellent condition inside and out. When I arrived they vehicle looked like it had been poorly fixed from a side impact. Had a broken windshield rust spots all over scratches and dents all around and then I opened the door and it was worse. Also said it was all wheel drive in the description and it wasn’t. Called out the owner on this and He got mad at me and walked away.

Big liar don't trust that dealer all this car is trash buy a car from anywhere except that dealer all is called as salvage and the title get a show up rebuilt salvage

Great customer service, fast and easy buying experience, Terry you are awesome man, always kind and friendly. I bought a 2001 Toyota Corolla from them two years+ and it's still running like new I have not done anything on it more than regular maintance when I paid it off they did all the paperwork and sent the title to me, thank you guys for your honesty and help, I ll definitely do business with you in the future
