I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and support. They fail to explain to you that the device is equivalent to leaving your lights on, so after not driving my vehicle for a few days, it drained the battery, in return locking me out of the device.They add hidden service charges such a road side assistance, warmer sleeve for the device, and other unnecessary features that they trick you into saying it's urgent to sign the lease for the device.Use caution when dealing with this place and shop around before you have it installed.

I just had this TERRIBLE OUTDATED PIECE OF JUNK INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE. WAS TOLD I GOT ALL THESE DISCOUNTS AND A FREE MONTH. THEN THE APP IS SAYING I OWE THEM 46.01 OR THEIR GOING TO SHUT MY TRUCK DOWN.ALL THE NUMBERS SEND YOU TO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND WON'T ANSWER. I FOUND THE OVER PRICED BREATHE EASY INSURANCE THEY TRY TO SELL YOU WILL TRANSFER YOU TO A ANSWER MACHINE OF THE "MO" WOMAN THAT LIED TO ME.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

There was some miscommunication at first. I was told someone else would be able to pick up my car for me because I had to work. My mother was told they would not release the car to her because I had to be there. I gave them a call and a very nice lady called the front desk to tell them to release it and they did. They just prefer you personally be there to pick it up, so you can sign some paperwork and train you how to use the device. Other than that, the front desk was super nice to my mother & they got my car done in an hour.

Just be aware it’s an Iowa “law” to disconnect the device. And no one will tell you about this & “they don’t have to” because it’s in the lease. My device was froze this morning, like icicles feels like -13 here, I wrap it & everything. It wasn’t working blew in it multiple times & it was acting weird, didn’t even do the warm up process. So I disconnected it to bring it inside to warm up Because I was never told about not being able to disconnect it. Be aware of this company they’ll put you in a lock out ($75 charge) as much as the can. Just two weeks ago they tried to put me in a lock out because the device caught a whiff of the gasoline I had just put in my car.

Worst company ive ever had to deal with in my entire life. The CEO should be in jail for theft! I paid all my outrageous fees and did my 6months with this company and they messed up on my paperwork causing me to lose my license at THEIR fault & took out the interlock device a few days prior to when i was suppose to actually remove it and offered no type of discount or help on paying the entire fee to get the device installed again which was ($340) so i went with there competitor lifesaver and found out it was only $50 to install the exact same thing with them. Would not recommend this company on my worst enemy go with anyone else

10/08/2019: CS is extraordinarily unhelpful...simply called for a list of violations over the previous 6 months...simply needed to verify that no violations were on record...was told it would take a LONG time for rep to get that info and that I would probably not wasn't to wait...finally convinced CS rep to do it, was put on hold another 10 mins...rep came back and then then suddenly stated that it would cost me an additional $50 for the info...ridiculous, all told spent nearly an hour on the phone with the rep arguing with me about how difficult it would be for him and refusing to get me the info...waste of time, would recommend finding an IID co with CS that respects its clients.

Intoxalock, also known as Consumer Safety Technology or CST LLC, claims on their website their customer support is 24-7 when they are not. Also they will sent you a faulty device that could compromise your probation, STAY AWAY.
