Don’t do business with these people! Bought a vape from them that never worked right from the word go wouldn’t take a charge took it back to them and they told me no exchange. The person working even tried to charge it and verified that it wouldn’t charge like it’s supposed to. Why would they do that only to tell me no exchanges. They could’ve saved us both some time and said that the minute I walked in the door instead of waiting Very poor customer service in my opinion when somebody spends money at your establishment for a defective product and you don’t make it right.
Rebuttal to owners comments
If that is your policy to have someone test them before they leave your store then you might want to retrain your employees because nobody cut the seal on this one and opened it up and asked me to try it before I left the store so that’s on you don’t care what your policy was. You probably should’ve made an exception in this case cause I will never spend money in there again and I will steer everyone I can away from there

They sell 15 month old vape juice. I spent 120 there. 10/1/23 . I gave them a chance. It's okay. I know the FDA doesn't regulate. And it is still full. My advice is not to go there unless you need a meth or crack pipe. Really good selection. Cat piss smell is free
