So my hood would not come up when I went to valvoline. I went to valvoline, where they were super rude and they couldn’t fix my head light. I went to Jiffy and they fixed it with excellent customer service and they didn’t even mention anything about my hood being broken. I almost spent a lot of money to get something fixed that was never broken.

The workers is very friendly. Their attitudes, conversations is down to earth, easy to understand and feel casual like a friend. They are knowledgeable and gave lots of useful advices. The ability to adjust to our needs and decisions was exceptional. I love to do business with these worker.

I called with no need other than air in my tires when it was below zero. These guys told me to drive up, no need to get out of my car, and filled the tires without a complaint. They were amazing and extremely pleasant.
I have always enjoyed going to this place, but this has shown that they are willing to go above and beyond.
