Purchased my LS3 crate engine through them and the harmonic balancer failed a year later. I called customer service and Blake went above and beyond. He called my local dealer and got the manager to agree to warranty out my balancer so i wouldn’t have to wait for shipping. 10/10 customer service, even long after my purchase.

These guys are awesome! I wanted to get it tuned to eliminate the V8 to V4 mode set by the factory. In 15 minutes Robby had my car done and the cost was very reasonable. It's so nice to have my Corvette run the way it's designed!

Took a truck I built to Karl Kustoms in Ankeny for a tune, and it turned into a costly mistake. Not only did they mess with the transmission tuning—which I never asked for—but it ended up causing the torque converter to fail. When I brought it back, to discuss the issue, they refused to stand behind any of the work they’d done. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

To start off I spoke with the receptionist on getting my custom truck in to do some work and was very dismissive/not pleasant to talk to. She transferred me to someone that handled all of thier performance motor work which he was unavailable at the time, which is understandable, so I left a message. I received no call back so far and it has been a couple weeks. Not impressed on how they interact with customers. The dealership is amazing but this place is completely opposite.

Went to get a flex plate for my 5.3l & powerglide sold me the wrong one went back a few days later to return it and get a different one Blake at the counter kept telling me I was a liar and I kept the bolts to the flex plate and wouldn’t return it I’m not sure why he would think I wanted 6 bolts for 103 dollars when I could get them for at least 60 dollars cheaper make sure to check your boxes to see if EVERYTHING is in there you might get fcked if you don’t a waist of time and money I’ll be checking if everything is in the box for now on
