I called them about seeing if they can take my 2016 explorer in that I just got last week on Monday because I have no break lights or reverse lights at all they said they would call me back that was at 10am it’s now 3pm

Great experience with Demarcus Lewis at Kars Inc this morning. We called ahead to check availability and from the start, he was friendly, prepared, and detailed oriented about the car and the experience. Less time spent on this interaction than other dealerships we’ve dealt with (run arounds, sales pitches, and paperwork). We felt like he cared more about decisions made and the overall experience which put us at ease when making a big decision. Kars Inc has a good selection of cars along with good pricing. We will definitely be back!

I'm not gonna lie, I was incredibly nervous to purchase a vehicle from Kars Inc. after reading the most recent reviews. However, I took the risk, and it was well worth it! Demarcus was so easy to work with! He gave me a fantastic deal on my new ride. There were some things that I asked to be repaired before purchase, not only was he quick to get them fixed, but when another issue was found, he promptly let me know, and corrected the issue before sending me home with the van. I couldn't be happier with my purchase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The van runs perfectly with no issues. Thank you, Kars Inc. and DeMarcus for your great service and beautiful, reliable van! I would recommend Kars inc. For a great deal on your next vehicle purchase!

Sold me a car that they knew had engine issues, it broke down within 6 days of the purchase. Was told I could trade for another car but when I went to the dealership to pick it up, they said that was no longer the plan and they were putting a new engine in my broken car. Drove the car for 2 months after engine replacement and constantly going to the mechanic to make sure everything was good and it broke down again. I talked to Hyundai and they said a new engine wasn’t gonna fix the problem, it looked like the dealership set me up so they wouldn’t have to give me a different car because Iowa has something called the lemon law. After the 2nd breakdown, they had my car for 3 months straight and didn’t help me find other ways of transportation. The man I was working with (Demarcus) ignored my calls and voicemails, then proceeded to act like I was doing too much calling to check on the progress of the fix. From what Hyundai told me recently, the fix was only supposed to take 2-3 weeks and they think they waited that long due to the fact that Iowa lemon laws no longer apply after a certain amount of time. I got my car back after 3 1/2 months and it broke down again 2 months later. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do because of the fact that they supposedly gave me a “brand new engine” the last time and I would have to figure it out on my own. I truly believe they took advantage of me because I am in college and my dad is no longer alive. Now I have a $8,000 loan on a car that was broken a week after I purchased and the dealership just kept putting a bandaid on the issue. Out of all that stress the only ppl that somewhat helped reduce my stress was the pleasant hill Kars. My car still broke down but at least they returned my calls. If you go to Kars go to pleasant hill because they at least showed they cared. I got oil changes and regular checks on my car too because I was paranoid of it breaking down again. Anytime someone says they wanna get a car from here I make sure to let them know my story and why this dealership is not worth the stress. I’m carless and my college is 40 mins from my home. I wish my dad was here because he would’ve made sure I got a different vehicle after the first break down. Please just save money and go to a bigger dealership that will actually take care of you. The associate I worked with was named Demarcus. He just kept acting like I was a problem for being upset that the car broke down a week after purchase and had a recall I wasn’t told about.

We just purchased a GMC Acadia from Kars Inc and had a great experience! DeMarcus and Jeff at the Des Moines location were amazing, and so was the staff at the pleasant hill location. I was a little indecisive on what year Acadia I wanted so we ended up test driving 3 separate years of the vehicle, and they were all so patient and helpful. Jeff worked tirelessly to close the deal for us. We are so grateful for them!

DeMarcus Is seriously the BEST! My car did not survive the tornado in Des Moines. Thanks to DeMarcus I was able to find almost the same car but with features. Just purchased a used van for my small business at Kars, Inc. I've had it for a few days now, and I am very pleased with how everything worked out. DeMarcus (Des Moines location) was very nice and helpful, and never pressured me about anything. I think I received a good deal on a great used van that should serve my business for years to come.

What a great experience at KARS Inc Des Moines, Demarcus was out to greet me when I was out of the car.. He brought out many sets of keys for me to look at and found a car in a very short time and took a test drive. Demarcus answered every question I had and bought a car that fit my needs.. Demarcus is an asset at KARS INC and I’ll be seeing him again for my next vehicle.

The guys over at Kars were amazing they took me in to buy a truck when I was turned down multiple times due to my age and what kind of truck I was looking for. They made sure they would find me a bank that would loan to me and they were very helpful through the whole process finding me the best rates I could have gotten. Thank you Kars!
