Fast and professional. I assumed the charging port was out on my phone and brought it in, the guy working realized right away that wasnt the issue and ended up walking out paying 1/3 of what i was expecting.

Bottom half of my phone wasn’t responding to my touch… Needed it fixed ASAP! My US Cellular plan was $175 & needed shipped in…. KB Wireless replaced my screen in 20min & I was back to work!! ?????

KB wireless sold a stolen phone that is actually my companies name. Called today and tried to get their help. Got hung up on and then never answered my calls. Police report is getting filed and I have the serial number and original box it came in. Stay clear from this place. I'll make sure personally and my mission to get your operation shut down. Hope the few hundred dollars was worth it.

Got me in super quick, knew what he was talking about before I could even tell him the full issue and got my out efficiently like it was second nature. Will be going here every time I run into an issue!

When i fixed my screen here he waited to tell me he couldn't offer warranty on my screen until after he put the new screen on (he said it was because he had to bend the metal frame) i did not think much of it until my screen broke after 2 days. I took it to a different shop at the mall and he did not say a thing about bending any metal and gave me a 30 day warranty. I would avoid this place if you are spending a considerable amount of money.

Called many places to price out used and refurbished phones. Not only was my iPhone XR competitively priced but it also looks and feels brand new. There isn’t a scratch on it. I am thoroughly impressed. The guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and explained the warranty which is also awesome. They back their refurbished gear beyond just about anyone else. I will be coming back here for purchases to come.
