First oil change was very smooth I was a little nervous but they real make it very convenient and comfortable it’s fairly busy there so keep that in mind, there were about a half a dozen or more people in the lounge waiting with me and more coming in as I was leaving. All together very impressed and looking forward to returning.

I highly recommend Kia of Des Moines. I was at the dealership for a total of a hour and a half, which included choosing the vehicle, going through the financial process, a full vehicle feature walk through, and cleaning out my previous vehicle. Antonio and all staff were extremely friendly and they will have my future business.

When I first purchased my jeep back in March 2025, I was over the top impressed with how this dealership treated me and made sure that my entire car buying process was as smooth as possible. The first couple service appointments I made after that were fine, however I’m not sure what’s been going on recently, but the customer service has been absolutely horrible. For almost 2 weeks now I’ve been trying to get a quote on some repairs that need to be done and rather than returning a simple phone call or having an answer in general, I’m left with no answers and no return phone calls. The manager of the service department reached out after I complained and reassured me that everything would be fine and here we are again back to the same problems. I’m to the point now where I will be taking my business to someone else who values Me as a customer and treat me with the decency that I deserve. I understand that businesses can get busy and that people can forget, but when it’s a repetitive thing, it’s just simply a problem with an excuse at that point. Needless to say, if you’re looking for a dealership that is quick and sponsor to your needs, and this isn’t the place. I’m grateful that I was given a jeep that has been wonderful to me, but at this point all I feel is that I was nothing but another paycheck to them.
UPDATE - I took my vehicle to another shop and the lug nuts that were over torqued and would require almost 2 hours to get them off according to Kia, we’re off and replaced in less than 25 minutes. My tires that needed replaced are in great shape, and I found out after finally getting ahold of the manager, my jeep was never properly serviced like a vehicle should of been before being placed on the lot for sale. DON’T buy a vehicle from here. I’m just lucky my jeep had been good to me.

We only come here for warranty work because why trust them otherwise? Someone at the dealer left a nice 6 inch scratch on the rear driver door probably moving the car. You can't trust these people to respect your property. Damaged interior pieces taking a seat out. Absolutely unacceptable!

You can sit on hold for 45 minutes and still not get answered. Got my car back like this since it was denied for repair. However I'm missing my oil cap... paid $237. & they take parts from my car... that's great..
On top of that, was told I need a battery and belt.. couldn't find any cracking on belt. And battery tested good..
