Very rude. Zero help at all. Don't understand the hostility. Bad look for State Farm. I just needed help switching policies but it was too much to ask I guess. Do not recommend!!

I have had a great experience with Kimberly Reed, her office colleagues, and State Farm in general. They are quick to respond to any policy changes I might have, are very thorough in explaining the multiple insurance options available, and extremely helpful.
