Called..Waiting on handicap service...they didn't answer and took the phone off the hook...this is the kum and go in Farmington Arkansas...have spent thousands there on gas over the years...no more.

You are loosing me as a customer. I live close to the K\\u0026G on 1st St in Ankeny. I travel \\u0026 buy a tank of gas almost daily. 4 out of the last times I've gotten gas at this store the receipt printers have either been out of paper or jammed. Yesterday morning I went to ask for a receipt and the gal at the register was unable to print one for me. Because I have a business card, I have to account for my expenditures. Today I went to the Quik Trip down the street -- and the pump printed my receipt.

I'm not sure what's going on lately with these stores but I went to the store in marion and the lady was eating a sandwich and on her phone not paying attention that I was at the register then the next day I went to the one at 1st ave and the guy was eating a burrito waiting on customers with a full mouth of food so disgusting even the customer behind said how disgusting were not coming back

Local law enforcement says Kum & Go C-stores are favs of thieves who clone credit cards. After my Discover card was nefariously cloned, probably at a gas pump reader, the clone was then used at a Kum & Go @ 1000 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK. Discover alerted me within minutes & immediately cancelled card. Discover advised me to contact Kum & Go to alert + get surveillance of person(s) using cloned card. Kum & Go store manager 1) refused to give me even his first name; 2) said it never happened 3) would not talk to me because I didn't have exact amount (had not yet posted on the card). Contacted local law enforcement who said they get lots of complaints re: Kum & Go BECAUSE their stores' electronic card systems do NOT require chips NOR verification (zip code, etc). Kum & Go corporate's response: "Cancel your Discover Card." How convenient for them! If I wanted to clone cards I'd clone them at Kum & Go C-stores. Not willing to protect customers? Not going to get my business!

Went into first Ave Kum n go a few weeks ago came across a worker told her I forgot my cane in the car she said no problem she walked me to the restroom and even waited for me to help me walk out.before I had a chance to say anything she asked if I needed help with anything else I wasn't gonna ask but since she didn't seem to mind I asked for help finding a sandwich she walked me over showed me the different coolers with sandwiches and hot foods she opened my mayo for me and even showed me different gift cards I asked about she never my side helped me to the register and even helped me to my car I've never had someone be so nice to me she didn't make me feel like I was a burden told her she needs to asked for a raise she said just showing friendly hospitality I will definitely be coming back the girls name was Ash it was the one on 1st avenue and 32nd Street in cedar rapids we need more Ash's in this world

Haven't been inside and i really want tothe reason why i'm Still posting a reviewon the place is Because whenever im atthe Park across the street i always lovedseeing the Building, i love the ModernArchitecture and how the building is Shapedand also a very pretty Building and the bestplace to put it, lol nobody wants to see howthe area looked before Mid 2018 because itdidn't look great at all so i'm glad there is theKum and go Headquarters there

I like Kum & Go gas stations. But whose idiotic idea was it to start putting the building on the corner with the back of the building facing the intersection? It’s hideous. There’s a reason no other gas station in the country does this. It’s illogical and it looks terrible and it’s not welcoming. Please stop doing this it’s ruining the look of our cities.
