“Love this place. I dropped a jacket and suit and got them the next day. Appreciate the promptness and clear communication via text when it was ready! Will definitely be back.”

“The E.33rd location has been doing very well at getting it back under control. I was going to transfer my account balance and never come back. But someone called me with my concern and it made me come back yay.... The new guy Jeff is amazing he is helping and showing concern and compassion for others... Unlike past attendance he actually works and it very pleasant.... Thanks it really means something to know we are safe here for the most part”
“Excellent place, I like that it is neat and very orderly, the machines are a little high in price but the atmosphere and kindness of the person who is working in this place are worth it. We always prefer it for its cleanliness and tranquility.”
“This business is a gem on the south side of Des Moines. Very clean and welcoming. Attendant on duty is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come here again. Very impressed!!”
“I took a bridesmaid’s dress from the Greenfield Tornado and asked they do their best. The dress looked as if it had been stomped on with work boots & then rolled through the grass to stain it. It was returned in pristine condition. It looked like new. I tried to tip the woman. She refused. It was her gift to the tornado victim. Remarkable workmanship. Remarkable woman.”

“This is the cleanest laundromat I've been in.pricing is good for washer and dryers. The attendants are very helpful and and nice. I give this place 10 stars.”
“Truly outstanding service and product. We were in a bind to get clothing cleaned in time for a traveling musicians show. We didn’t realize when they closed and were in a huge bind. They literally drove over and opened up the business to get us his outfit for the nights show. Above and beyond service and care for the customer. Truly blown away!”
“This is a clean laundry facility. They have Dexter pay app. Dexter pay is app for the machines. You sign up after you download app on phone through Google Play Store or if you have an Apple store. If you don't want to pay with cash or deal with change. It does take some patients but make sure you type in the store location# and a credit card to payment app. (Picks of the location I use.)Find your dryer or washer in put the number in the box.It tells you how long the washer and dryer takes.Look at pics below if that helps too. Not in order eitherThey do have machines that have tokens and you can add cash too. Plus vending machines no soda just water, and laundry stuff.I am not going put a lot of pictures on here. They need to put another location near Park Fair Mall area.”
“I've been up there multiple times and it is always clean and the TV's are always something funny and cool. The machines work excellent and it's great atmosphere.”
“Saw it in passing, so I decided to do my laundry here.
Plenty different sized machines.
Dryers and signage match.
Lots of tables to fold with paper towels.
Change machines. Pretty plants everywhere.
Machines with supplies that you need.
Clean bathrooms.
TV set on kids channels for distraction!
Appears to have drip off service.
Clean, however, needs sweeping. Dryer sheets are all over the place and a slip hazard.
4/5! Recommend.”

“Went to do the laundry (gasp, who'lda thunk it) and for the most part no issues -there was 1 dryer that didn't get hot and of course i notice at the end of the time so switched dryers after the money had spentin the 1st. Other than that actual laundry facilities were fine. Took the phone to keep me occupied in the down time and even brought my extra battery so i didnt have to worry about charging. Unfortunately i didnt worry about charging the extra battery the night before (so much for planning). Figure no problem i will just plug in to an outlet that i never found (even after enlisting 2 children to look under all the tables and booths). Other than that the only lack i really see (not sure if location not conducive to having or what) is the kids corner mostly has only a table for 2ish. There are a few reading books around but with 1 that cant read that doesnt help a lot. Color books, colors, toys, paper to draw on really anyone of these would have worked. And yes i understand i could bring them from home but after packing all the clothing, bedding, towels and apparenly doll clothes (just because they are dolls doesnt mean they dont get dirty and sweaty too i was informed) for the residents i seem to have over looked things to occupy the children besides being a$$hole$ to everyone and running around like they got no sense.”
“I drop off my Santa suits here each year after my season ends. They go out of their way to take care of the needs of the customer. Been going here for about 15 years now, and won't switch!”

“Cheap prices the washers and dryers are good there's so much better than the ones in my apartment complex
just be careful where you put the soap because there are different slots for fabric softener and they even have a spot for scent beads
They have several one load washer and 3 load washers if you have more than two loads I suggest you use the three one it washes your clothes in 30 minutes it will only cost you $4.25( it went up to 5.25) and for the dryers always dry on medium heat 25¢ will get you 6 minutes of dry time I was able to wash two loads of laundry with $2 however depending on the fabric you will need longer dry time so I suggest you do your bedding and towels separate from your clothes
The only downside is there was no one attending the store so If washer, dryer or the change machine stopped working you were out of luck and the phone was constantly going off every 5 to 10 minutes or so and people were constantly leaving their clothes behind in the washers and dryer's so sometimes you have to remove people's clothes and put them in the moving baskets so you could finish your laundry which is a pain
Also the toy machine by the soap dispenser steals money no toy was given”
“I chose this laundry mat because it’s close to my house and the reviews say they let homeless people come oin out of the cold. It was about -30 with windchill today. There were homeless people hanging out. Everyone was amiable and polite and kept to themselves. The prices were decent, the machines worked well, and the place was clean. There were a few out of order machines, but that’s pretty common. I’m making this my go-to laundry mat simply because the owners treat people like people. That’s the kind of people I want to give my money to.”
“There are a lot of cons for this place ie. No A/C and the Change machine is always broken. But I really like it. It's close, always open when it should be, and it's always clean. The owners, (or maybe the are just managers, I'm not sure),own Chester's Chicken are awesome! They have live video and are there FAST if there is ever a problem. Most would you say it's a rundown place but they make me feel safe.”
“Crown cleaners in Grimes is awesome. Very reasonably priced. Every time I go to drop off clothes, I am remembered by name. I strongly recommend this small business.”
