ZERO STARS!!!!I have tried for over a year to get my fathers taxes completed after his death in 2021. the IRS needed more information. So i called and only spoke to someone once only to have them not return my phone call. I sent letters with information that was needed and still no reply. Today i had an apt which is the second apt I've made to resolve this only to not have anyone show up. the store front was locked , lights were off. The sign says they are open but no one is ever there. DO NOT go here.

Wendy is nothing less than a top form professional, yet she is so personable to work with. She consistently meets all my needs, yet seems like a lifelong friend with a beautiful old soul. She makes a dreaded task easy to accomplish. I don't want to use another tax preparer.

Don’t recommend. They do you kids taxes for free but they don’t tell you when they will do their taxes. I stopped in two week later to grab them and they sill weren’t done. I had to just stop by and grab them 30 days later and still not finished. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
