Too lazy to carry a washer/dryer to the second floor. Made an excuse that the handrail was in the way, I removed the handrail in 60 seconds while they stood there, then they left saying the hallway was too narrow. It's a standard hallway.

GE appliances from Costco come from here, instead of Costco installers. Like many others, after multiple weeks, appointments, and phone calls, I have a dishwasher delivered, but not installed.
Thankfully Costco was decent and refunded me for the installation.
