I recently had two stylists, Lauren and Bailey, from Marc Stephens do my and my bridal party's hair for my wedding, and I could not be happier with the results! I had my trial with Lauren, and she listened to and did exactly what I wanted. We made some minor adjustments for the day of, and I have never loved my hair more! Everyone who had their hair done by either Lauren or Bailey felt beautiful and was so happy with how their hair turned out. Everyone's hair also held up for the entire day. I cannot recommend them enough when looking for hair stylists for your wedding!

I haven’t got my hair done in so long, so I booked an appointment with sandy for a wash and trim. I came out, feeling amazing and confident. My hair is Beautiful. Sandy had an amazing personality And was still kind and took time explaining everything to me. 💕

Sandy has been my favorite stylist since moving to Des Moines! I first found her at the Aveda Institute, and I’m so glad I followed her to Marc Stephens Salon. She truly listens and takes the time to explain every step of the process—whether it’s cutting, coloring, or styling my hair. I really appreciate how understanding she is of the specific hair care restrictions I have. She always works with me to find the best routine that fits my needs.
Her consultation skills are truly top-notch—professional, thorough, and always focused on what’s best for my hair goals. The salon itself is beautiful, with an open-air concept and a calming, Aveda-based atmosphere. All the stylists I’ve met there are friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience.
Highly recommend both Sandy and the salon!

Love Marc Stephens Salon! I see Lauren but Bailey is great too. Love the vibe, top quality cuts & color. Ive been getting my roots, cuts, and highlights from Lauren for a few years. Her cuts are reliable and flattering. She gives great hair advice too! Cant say enough good!

Addie is the absolute best!! I came in for a gloss and she had me in and out with in an hour. She walked me through everything she did and gave me the BEST curls of my life!! Could not recommend more. 🫶

I’m obsessed with my hair haven’t stopped looking at it since I walked out of the salon. Sydney is the best hair stylist I’ve met, I was trying different places to find the one I liked the most because everytime I went somewhere I came out feeling the same but she made me leave with the biggest smile and felt so good about myself so I definitely have found the one I will be going to for now on! She has such positive energy and so welcoming she understood my idea of what I wanted my hair to be like and made it come to life even better. Truly talented and will make many others so happy so I highly recommended Sydney!

I went to Sydney McKee for a partial highlight a while back and I’m still in love with it! Yesterday I went back to her for a wash and curl and I left feeling so confident! If you want a stylist that is professional, precise, and super kind, Sydney is your girl! Go see her! You won’t regret it!

I absolutely ADORE Lauren! She is truly the best - so talented, kind, and always makes me feel amazing every time I leave her chair. She listens to me vent and while she works magic on my hair. The entire salon has such an awesome, welcoming vibe, making every visit a great experience. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and does amazing work, Lauren is the one!
