I can find products there and most of the time employees are nice…the guys and the lady that assist with the wigs, etc. However, the older woman that is usually working in the mornings is rude and unfriendly. Her customer service skills are terrible and she offers no assistance whatsoever. From now on if she is working, I will come back at another time when she is NOT THERE. She is why I give only a three star rating.

I'm able to go to Mid-K and find most of the beauty products that I'm looking for. The prices are reasonable they have their increases like everyone else. This stuff is very helpful at helping you find the things that you're looking for

I have never worn a wig before but my hair is thinning and it stresses me out. I went into Mid K Beauty and there was a great selection of wigs but the best part of my experience was the woman that helped me. Her name is Butter. She was so patient with me and had great knowledge of the wigs. She never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. She was great and deserves recognition. Thank you Butter you get a 10 plus for your customer service.

Should’ve known this place will turn out the way it is!! I went to buy some pack of hair, and I was being followed by this white men like I was going to steal something, at first I didn’t notice but after noticing him pass by multiple time, I put the pack of hair back and left. IF YALL WANT CUSTOMERS LEARN TO NOT TREAT THEM LIKE CRIMES!!

I moved here recently and compared to beauty supply stores im used to, this beauty supply is a decent size, on the smaller size. They have hair, wigs and accessories but as for products, they have the same kind of product, just in different brands. The Staff was nice and I got helped when I went it, just not much to choose from.
