Exceptional Service at Midas (Ingersoll)
I had a great experience at Midas Ingersoll! Josh, the Store Manager, was sincere and transparent, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was comfortable with the repairs. The communication throughout was excellent, and I always knew what to expect.
The technicians were professional and efficient, delivering top-quality work with great attention to detail. The value I received was unmatched, and it’s clear that the team is committed to both excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Went in with a rattling sound on my car. They provided fast, friendly service and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Shout out to Joe, who found the issue and fixed it up super fast. To top it off, because of how simple the fix was they didn’t charge me. It’s the kind of service you expect to see from the hometown hero in a Hallmark channel movie. I’ll be back for all my future service needs.

This has been my go-to shop for a few years now. The online appointment booking is SO EASY and I can get in so quickly. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been efficient, honest, no-nonsense and really kind. They never push services, and never make me feel weird about putting off services for cost reasons, and that’s HUGE for me. Always a very thorough breakdown of costs and what’s needed. Nice little waiting area, too!
