Beware they will put your vin in for work on someone else's car. Then you get attitude for calling out THEIR mistake that the want to be manager Carise will blow you off and not be able to comprehend the situation or be able to offer any solution to fix it. Check your paperwork for the correct Vin and most importantly the correct odometer reading.

I've been coming to this Midas since 2019. I took my car in for an oil change in October, and the check engine light was on, so needed them to do the diagnostic check. They told me that it was the timing chain, plus another code that needed done. With everything included the back struts, which I knew about, was going to be $3200. Spent the next 3 months saving up money to get these repairs done. Called to make an appointment, and they informed me they wouldn't be able to do that because they had to let their tech go and haven't hired a replacement. They referred me to another one of their locations. I chose the one on Douglas. Called them let them know what was going on. They said to bring it in to get the diagnostic re-checked, because the tech that did it last time, (the one E Euclid let go) was unreliable, and before spending that kind of money, the guy wanted to be sure. Come to find out, not only was it NOT the timing chain and the other code that was first told to me, but actually two different codes! Those two, plus I need a new thermostat, and air filter. For all of this, they quoted me $1331. Wow, I was super happy at this point, even though I was thinking I could have had it done earlier, since I wouldn't have needed to come up with as much money. I was going to have them complete this things, but wanted to make sure getting those fixed would help with my car starting to stall while driving, and not wanted to go if I had stopped. The guy said those sounded more like the transmission, and he wanted to check into that before having them do the other things that needed done. Sure enough, he found out that instead something with my transmission was bad, but he wasn't sure what, but that there was engine oil mixed in the wuth tranamission fluid. He said he would suggest going to an actual transmission shop.
Obviously, that's going to be quite a chunk of money to fix, on top of what was already the matter. This information would have been great to know when I first took my car in.
The tech at E Euclid was let go, which I'm happy to see, but now I sit here with a bad transmission, when maybe it wouldn't have been this bad if I was given the correct information the first time. I will never come back to this location. Ever.
Thank you to the guy at the DOUGLAS location! I appreciate everything he did. He didn't even charge me to get the car checked again because of the other locations mistake.

Took my car in for front end issues. Alignment t and tie rod end $500. Got car back and it rattles worse than when it when in. Also steering wheel is now off center. Told me I needed more parts and when I fixed it myself. The parts they told me I needed replaced were not bad.

To whomever it concerns, Midas, thanks for telling me I need shock absorbers and saying they are leaking oil. That must be a common thing you tell all your customers. In reading your reviews, I saw you told that to several people. The one lady has already had her shocks replaced, and you still told her she needed them replaced. How so? You told me mine was leaking and needed to be replaced for almost $600.00. I got a second opinion this morning instead by a certified mechanic and was told my car handles well and my shock absorbers were still good for a bunch of miles and don't need to be replaced anytime soon. How deceptive you are. You can't pull wool over my eyes, and I won't be back, and I would not recommend you to anyone for auto service.

Took my truck in for a simple oil change when I arrived home 2 miles away the truck lost all it's oil. The manager did have my truck towed back to the store. I was told the didn't get the drain plug tight but it was repaired. I returned home again and it wad sill leaking just not as bad so I crawl under to look myself. The drain pan plug seal was gone so instead of dealing with more stupidity with this store I drained the oil and repaired it myself.
If a shop can't handle a simple oil change on an old ford truck it's time to close the doors! I will never go back and I suggest no one take your car there.

Had my oil changed everything went great ,except they told me I have a oil leak that I don’t have and I needed a cabin air filter that I personally changed last month and that my shocks are bad which I just bought 3 months ago and my battery is bad that I just bought 2 months ago hmmmm? Also my husband that was clearly over charged for his services that should have included an alignment that they didn’t give and refused to do without more money ..Ha better than Firestone I think not!!!! You are in the same class as them sub par and will not recommend to anyone !!!

Well, I can’t say I had a good experience here. I had a check engine light and car stalling problem going in- had it in the shop with these guys 3 or 4 different times around the beginning of the year. Did about $3,000 worth of work- each time they told me it was going to fix the problem, but it kept having the same issue over and over. Finally took it to a Chevy dealer and they fixed it for about $250 bucks. Nope-I’m sure they can change a tire or spark plug or whatever, but if you need something complicated done go elsewhere!!!!!!!

I asked if I could have a oil change done now because I am working right now and need to get to Omaha and I was assured it could be done now and it’s been a hour and a half and it’s still not done yet.

The East Euclid shop is so clean and everyone was friendly. Marcus kept me notified of their findings and gave me a printout of all the suggested repairs with costs. Ed let me know which were high priority for daily driving and which could be scheduled for a later time if I chose to complete them. He showed me the actual items on the car so I could see each part that leaked, was worn out or damaged and needed replaced. As people came in for repairs or to get an estimate they were treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you Marcus, Matt and especially Ed for making this a stress free experience!
