We took my husband's truck there for something simple, but left there with the truck in worse condition than when we took it in. We were lied to and given multiple excuses by the mechanics and even the area manager. Now we have to take it somewhere else to fix what the mechanics at Midas messed up. No apologies, just incompetence, lies, and excuses.

Had no heat they said it was something wasnt closing off of air to heat. Now have a weird noise even when car is off. Now I had oil change a week ago and oil light comes and goes

Sam was able to get me in ASAP and help me out for my oil change when it was very busy. He was very nice, helpful, and kept me updated on everything going on! The service here is always so great!!

The staff has been incredibly nice and did a phenomenal job with oil changes and tire rotations but also with the fix to the car, they were fast and reliable!

I can't say enough great things about the service at the Midas on Douglas. We have gone here for everything from oil changes, to brakes, to more complicated mechanical issues. They are quick, fair and extremely trustworthy.
After my car broke down (literally) next to a competitor, I decided to let them have a shot at it. They intentionally overcharged me and did additional services without authorization on my car that it did not need, including a new battery and an oil change (I had just had one three weeks before). The car ultimately broke down from the same problem one month later and Midas had it fixed in a fraction of the time for less. (And properly this time, too.)
The crew at Midas will always be up front with me about what needs to be done and will refer me to a reputable alternative if I need something done that they can't cover.
I have four daughters driving and they service all of our cars. I will never stray from the Douglas Midas crew, again. I have been referred to them by many and I have now recommended them to people over and over, again. They are fantastic.

Was helped by Tyler and Joe. The manager on duty was Ryan. These guys were awesome. Rock stars. On my way home they helped me so much. Was back on the road fast!
