I will choose Miller’s over the big box store, even if it means I have to go out of my way to get there. Service and knowledge is second to none and it’s locally owned.

I needed one screw for a rug shampoo machine that I lost cleaning it, after using it. Jeff assisted me & was very helpful and was very helpful &i successful quickly for only .16. They have always been able to help me. Great ?♂️ service!

I won't be doing business with these people again I bought in my fireplace in and a guy name Darwin' was going to fix it it's been sitting there in the back of the store for over a week I called and Darwin's didn't want to fix my fireplace I guess since I'm a woman he made up excuses not to fix it I went to pick up my fireplace from there and I went to Menards to get me a new fireplace the tag that was put on my fireplace said not worth fixing my fireplace heater needed to be fix and Millers hardware store didn't want to fix it my fireplace was in good condition it was the heater that didn't want to work I only had it a few months
