Went in to get 6 items printed female staff member was extremely rude. Went elsewhere to get my prints as I was told to do it myself on the self printers not what I was wanting.

Ordered 100 business cards from the Merle hay location. They transferred the order to the Ingersoll store which whatever. Went to pickup, they had only given me 60 cards of the 100, asked if they could print them, said it would take about a half hour. I asked instead if they could refund the difference, they said no. The cards were cut off on some and not on some, they were different sizes too. Poor quality and poor service.

Like several of the other comments here, I had a very poor experience with the female manager in the print area. Inattentive, rude, and finally, incompetent. I was first given the wrong order, and after bringing the wrong order back noticed that my order was wrong (forgot to trim the posters). Paid $8 to have FedEx fix the mistake and will be using them for all future printing needs.

I have been to the store several times to get copies made from USB. They have never been able to simply fulfill my order in a timely manner due to lack of knowledge of machinery. My last visit I just left empty-handed after 30 minutes of watching employees with no clue how to operate the machinery

Went in to return an item that was delivered to me. They refused to take the return even though I had all of the receipts. They had me call the 800 number because they said I would need to get a mailing label in order to return this item. When I called the 800 number it says on the recording that you can return any item ordered online to any office depot store. Get the customer service rep on the phone and they say I can keep the product and have it refunded. Why...... Why couldn't they do that in the store?!?! It is baffling to me.... Won't be back

If you can't figure out how to transfer photos from your phone to printer they charge you for help print. For my friend it was an outrageous amount. I think they are taking advantage of people with learning disabilities. Then the new lady manager in the back area was absolutely rude to my friend. None of the pictures transfered. The manager behind the counter and I ended up in a screaming match. She was literally setting there watching my friend struggle with a smirk. My friend ended up in tears. This morning she looked at her account and they took $15 out of her account and didn't even get her copies. Took money out of her account for nothing.

Danijela she was rude to me I ask her help two times and she ignored me and then later she come to help me she was so rude she even yelled at me, but there was a nice guy who help me.

Worst customer service experience ever! That guy hit me bro! First he was rude I was poor, saying you can't bring it back tomorrow as an insult joke! Then he tapped my arm and pinched it! Which is hitting me! My arm still hurts!

I tried to print a card I needed. I could not get it right worked for two days. Showed up at Office Depot the clerk got it the right size front and back laminate and in my wallet in no time. He never made me feel bad I couldn’t do it. There were 4 customers he was helping at the same time. He often knew the answer before the question was asked. After all his work it was very cheap. I will never try to do it myself again.

There Was a newer guy with long hair (nice) but didn't know everything. He seeked help but manger didn't come. I was looking at the manager and there wasn't anything I could see holding him from helping. And when he finally did. He was snazzy about the fact he had to help. When he arrived he seemed like he didn't want too help. Then over charged me and didn't give me my first timers discount. Made me feel uncomfortable to even ask him to fix the mistake he did on the work I needed done. Feb 3rd 1:20 pm. If u don't like your job don't work there.simple

Terrible pricing but they will price match to their own website. Makes no sense why they wouldn't be priced the same to begin with
