We were on a roadtrip home to Colorado from Minnesota and needed a last minute tire change during a blizzard the Saturday after Thanksgiving. An actual miracle that they had the tires we needed and time to squeeze us in. Jim was so kind and let us hangout in his beautiful and massive waiting room with our two dogs while it dumped snow outside. “I was very surprised to find everything you dream of but rarely get. I had been with another service for 15+ yrs. Recent events made me question their integrity so I got a coupon in the mail from Honest Wrenches and took my car for an oil change. The former place said I need new breaks, struts, and pads. During the oil change and wintering they inspected brakes and other things. Much to my surprise, I didn't need break work at all. In fact they also got details from Car Facts, that same previous business had done my brakes a few years ago. I'm a senior they were trying to take advantage of. Besides being honest, they were also very nice and very efficient. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on.”

We needed to have the oil changed and checked at 500 miles.
I checked on-line for a shop close to the 500 miles on the motor on our route,
I wanted a good quality shop I could trust to do our first oil change.
We called and set up an appointment and we were so happy when we got there.
The people in at the front desk and the technicians who took care of the oil change were GREAT to deal with.
In my opinion the best place I've had my oil changed at.

“I went in for an oil change. I've never used Jiffy Lube before today. The guy who greeted me was friendly. He started the work on my truck after I pulled it into the bay myself. But then he disappeared. I went into the lobby. Which was cold and kind of messy. I saw several employees just standing around. I wasn't there for long . But I do feel like it wasnt very professional. Especially after the girl asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I asked her if they were done and she said yes. I said to her I didnt see anyone put the oil in my truck. The next thing I know is the girl who took my payment is out there putting what I assumed was oil in my truck. Not one of the guys who are dressed for this type of work were there to do it. Just standing around watching as the girl is doing their job. There are atleast 6 guys working there today. I dont think I will go back.”
