Come in to do a return for a smaller size. The girl at the register rolling her eyes being rude. So she proceeded to do the return and put the item in the bag and like threw or push it towards me. Rude. Call the store manager he was just as rude did not care. Never shopping there again. Never

This is a good store for being smaller than other Old Navy locations nearby and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. However, they had the gates closed at 7:30 p.m. on 8/3/24 and the store hours are until 8 p.m. I wasn’t even going to shop, I just had to do a return so it was disappointing that they had closed early.

I see the best Old Navy employee here, Misty. She helps find great items but she has a big heart & smile. The world needs more Mistys!

Would have rated lower because didn't carry same range of sizes and variety as other old navy but staff was nice and ordered anything I needed for me

I enjoy the store however I can hardly ever find a large size. Also, the employees just stare at you like you're stealing or like you don't have the money to pay. Every time its very uncomfortable for me when they stare and keep asking if you need help. Just because someone is looking at things for a long time doesn't mean they are stealing I'm just trying to find my size which I mentioned there are usually out of large. Maybe corporate needs to send in more. Not everyone is x small
