Wish I could give the pet grooming a -10 as they don't call you and say the groomers won't be into, instead they let you drive nasty roads then had store personnel tell you. Will never do business with the again.

Had to get a new hamster. This store handled the return, even though it was a different Petco's animal. Brittany helped us. She knew which type of hamster to grab, knew which were more social, and sent us home with a winner. The quality re-election has made all the difference.

My Wife took our dogs to get groomed. Washed, ears cleaned, also nails trimmed. Online the price was about 32 dollars each. Once our dogs were done the price was 47 dollars and they were not able to trimmed our dog's nails and demanded we pay full price for a service that was not complete. Also up charge because of dog size when it was not described online as price varies because of size. Asked for help on the situation and no one was able to help said all we can do was pay them. Bad service also no help from anyone. We just relocated here from Houston and will not be using the services at this petco any more!

I won't be returning to this location and I would suggest the same for others. The employees didn't care about anything and were very rude. There were at least 8 dried pee spots, as well as 3 wet pee spots, and at least 3 or 4 poop spots, even though there were 3 employees on the floor, 2 of which were just standing and talking about personal things to the one cleaning the chinchilla cage. No one bothered to clean up anything. None of the accident stations had any paper towels, bags or spray, so it's not like pet parents had access to anything. When I had asked for something to pick up an accident our puppy had the lady at the register scoffed at me and rolled her eyes before walking away to grab the bag. We were there for about 20 minutes, they were standing next to 2 of the pee spots. It is incredibly unsanitary, and directly violates infectious disease control protocol. I hope an inspector comes and intervenes before someone or their fur baby gets sick from what should be a safe place for them.

Took a while to find what I wanted. Couldn't find anyone to help me. The price was way to high. Went to petSmart got it cheeper and 30% off my 2nd bag. Way friendlier staff too.

I was very disappointed to find out, that I'd you return an item that doesn't work well, that you purchased with points, you don't get those points back and you can't swamp it for anything. This doesn't seem right, considering I'm paying foe a monthly membership that pays for those points, so it comes down to, me loosing money for returning a product that didn't work on my dogs nails.
